Still waiting for the new door and windows to be installed, so the drywall can be finished.
The new door is an exterior full french door (opposite swing). The style of the windows will stay the same, but are casements, so I can open them to let fresh air in.
Pictured on the right is the dining room light. >>

Dining Room looking towards the kitchen.  Double French doors will go between the dining room and hallway.

I added a small pantry.  Need to pick out one of those cute glass pantry doors.
The kitchen size is 14' wide x 12' deep.  Not too big, but should be very usable.
The sink and dishwasher will go on the right.  Fridge on the left, stove and microwave on the window wall.
I plan to add 3' x 5'6" island with area for 2 small stools for having a "Scooby" snack
 and a 36" built-in bench seat with large drawers under window.

The balconies will be trimmed in oak, banisters, railing, staircase risers and treads will be added.
The two 4" x 4" supports will be encased in oak trim to look like square newel  posts.
There will be 8 pendant lights in the living room (pictured right).
In this picture, on the left balcony there will be a built in bookcase along the wall.

On the left side of the balcony there will be floor to ceiling linen closets.
A chandalier (see right) will hang in the center above the staircase.
I want to add 3 open beams (faux) across the living room from left to right with
hanging fans on the 2 outer beams.

Bedroom #2 will make a nice guest room.  <hint - friends must come to visit me!>

This is the upstairs guest bathroom and it actually has a toilet that works!
Of course, there isn't a door right now. <haha>

This is my favorite room.  I'm trying to decide how to re-do the fireplace and surround
it with built in bookcases.  If you don't know me too well, I have books to fill this room.
I want to add wainscotting on the walls that don't have bookcases.
~~~
In the corner are the solid oak doors for most of the house.  I still need to order 3 more doors.
I want an opaque glass door for the Master Bathroom and a door with a built in full length
mirror between the Master Bath and the Master Closet/Laundry room
